End-of-life care brings costs that arrive all at once: prescriptions, a hospital bed at home, firewood for a cold winter, the gas to bring a daughter home from out of state. The Foundation covers those costs for families who have exhausted their other resources.
We are a local 501(c)(3) governed by a volunteer board of Lincoln County residents. Every qualified applicant in recent years has received assistance.
